Integrative Humanistic Psychotherapist

Anne's client work is grounded in the person-centered approach of respect and positive regard for the client. She holds a therapeutic space that is safe, challenging and empowering. Anne encourages clients to develop a sense of their personal capacity for change and to move into a process of ongoing growth.

Anne works with Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Body Image, Bullying, Depression, Family members of people in addiction, Gender, Grief, Isolation, Life Direction, Recovery from Addiction, Relationships, Self-Care, Self-Esteem and Empowerment, Sexuality, Stress, Suicidal thoughts and recovery from attempted suicide, Survivors of sexual, physical, emotional abuse.

Anne is committed to her own professional and personal growth, believing this is a necessary element in in her ability to create a therapeutic space where clients can engage with their own work. She is engaged in ongoing training, reflection and research in the field of counselling and psychotherapy.
